1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use fobet's services, you must meet the following conditions. These aren't just formalities — there are real reasons behind each of them.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Use of fobet by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You must register from a country or region where online betting is legally permitted.
• You must hold a valid ID that you can provide should we need to verify your identity.
• Only one account may be registered per IP address.
• Fobet employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on this platform.

2. Account Opening & Management

Opening an account on fobet is free and only takes a few minutes. However, there are some rules you need to follow:

At the time of registration:

• Register with accurate and complete information — your name, date of birth, email, and phone number must all be correct.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share it with anyone.

Account Verification (KYC):

Fobet follows the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for security purposes. You may be required to verify your identity before making a withdrawal or conducting transactions above a certain amount. This may require:

• Scanned copy of National ID or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

3. Betting Rules

• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information
• Attempting to influence betting outcomes or participating in organised match-fixing
• Depositing using stolen payment information
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Using fobet's logo, name, or content without permission

Violating these rules will result in immediate account suspension or termination, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension or Termination

• If any illegal or suspicious activity is detected
• If evidence of false or incorrect information is found
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months)
• If the user requests self-closure

You can also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned through the standard process.

10. Policy on Changes to Terms

Fobet may update these terms as needed. For any significant changes, we will:
